Generally, all of our Whalenoble products have a 30 days return and money- back guaranteed from the receipt of original order. 
To start a return, you can contact us at support@whalenoble.com.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Once we receive the parcel, we will notify you and issue a refund or send you the replacement product.

Please kindly be advised that your return or exchange must meet the following criteria in order for us to process it:
1) Original conditions with all accessories, including manuals, warranty registration, etc.
2) Damages issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
3) Exceptions / non-returnable items
Custom products (such as special orders or personalized items).

NOTE:
1.You need to pay for your shipping costs for returning your item with non-quality problem within 30 days from the date you purchased it.
2. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item after 30 days from the receipt of original order.
3. Shipping costs that we sent items to you are nonrefundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.
4.We'll not issue the refund if you return your item to the incorrect return address.
5.We are only able to issue a refund to the original account of purchase for the order.
6. Before you return the product or claim for a refund please contact our customer service first by e-mailing us at support@whalenoble.com. We'd like to help. We do not accept any returns and chargebacks without informing our customer service team.
7. Please kindly note the refund time after we review your return form: If you paid with your PayPal, please allow up to 48 hours for the transaction to appear on your PayPal account. If you paid with your card, please allow up to 7-14 business days for the bank to update the charge on your bank statement.
